Install VestaCP In CentOS 7

VestaCP is the fastest Linux hosting control panel available out there and the most fascinating thing is it’s totally free.

Requirements

1. Root access to your server
2. Hostname

Lets Begin

We will be using host.domain.com as our hostname. The hostname is not the root domain it must be a subdomain.

First we need to setup the hostname. Follow this guide to set it up.

Head over here to generate the installation script. For the simplicity we will be using

• Nginx
• Apache
• Vsftpd

We are not going to use mail or DNS functions. Select as follow

Now follow and execute the below commands in terminal

yum install -y curl wget nano
curl -O http://vestacp.com/pub/vst-install.sh
bash vst-install.sh --nginx yes --apache yes --phpfpm no --named no --remi yes --vsftpd yes --proftpd no --iptables yes --fail2ban yes --quota no --exim no --dovecot no --spamassassin no --clamav no --softaculous no --mysql yes --postgresql no --hostname host.domain.com --email admin@domain.com --password 123456

Once done you can access your admin panel from https://host.domain.com:8083
